Acoustic Wall Panel - Grey Oak, Pre Order for January Delivery

Ordered Acoustic wall panels in Grey oak effect, paid instore but when delivered received Dark grey oak effect. when questioning this at front desk in Taskers Aintree to arrange a pick up date to return these items for the correct ones to be sent out as well as E-mailing, got told we ordered the wrong ones.
I know for a fact we asked the person on the floor for the Light Grey Oak effect, not the Dark Oak effect. so word of caution make sure when ordering that the person who orders for you makes the correct choice.

Starting with wait time ? Almost two months, then item , wrong colour and wrong size which meant my elderly parents (80 & 77) have now had to pay someone to cut them down to size at their own expense after I measured them on day of purchase. Also they have had to endure that period with blank uncovered walls which has meant a colder environment. Poor all round
