Where is my order?

To check on the current status of your order please log in to your account.

How long will my delivery take?

Depending on the nature of the items ordered, delivery can take 2-3 or 2-7 working days. Our smaller standard items such as wallpaper, kitchenware, accessories, etc and samples will take 2-3 working days to be delivered. Whereas, larger items such as mirrors, garden furniture, sofas, dining tables, etc will take 2-7 working days to be delivered.

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery charges are as follows:

DPD Northwest Delivery (2-3 Working Days)
£6.99 - (Accessories, Rugs, Wallpaper, Kitchenware, etc.)

Taskers Standard Northwest Delivery - (2-7 Working Days)
£6.99 - (Mirrors, Lighting and other Fragile Items)
£20 - (Garden Furniture, Pergolas and Gazebos)

Taskers Platinum Northwest Delivery - (2-7 Working Days)
£30 - (Small Furniture Items, Barstools, Dining Chairs, Mattresses, Occasional Furniture and Fireplaces, etc.)
£50 - (Large Furniture Items, Sofas, Dining Sets, Beds, Wardrobes, etc.)

Northwest Sample Delivery (2-3 Working Days)
FREE - (Wallpaper and Flooring Samples)

Delivery is available across Merseyside, Manchester, Chester, Warrington and Widnes, to all postcodes starting with CH, L, M, PR, WA and WN. 
We also deliver to BL3, BL4, BL5, CW4, CW6, CW7, CW8, CW9, CW10, SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4, SK5, SK7, SK8, SK9.

When is my payment taken?

Payment is taken when your order is placed.

Can I have express delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service at this time.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, we understand how important security is and will always keep your details secure. We only store limited payment card information, which is used to verify payment and for fraud prevention. We only store the last 4 digits of your credit card number and will be used when returning an item in store to verify we are refunding via the original payment card.

Can I place an order online using a Taskers gift voucher?

Yes, if it is a Taskers Digital Gift Card; these cannot be used in store, and store purchased gift cards cannot be used online.

Is the item I want currently in stock?

If the item is visible on the website then the item will be available to order. Our system is designed so that stock levels are accurate, however sometimes errors occur and occasionally products may be out of stock in our warehouse. We will contact you to advise if this occurs and discuss whether you would prefer to proceed with the order, awaiting stock to be available, or cancel your order for a full refund.

I wish to return part or all of my order, what should I do?

Use our contact form to tell us about the product you want to return. Please include order number, reason for return and if a refund or replacement is required. We will email you with instructions for returning the goods to your local collection point at your convenience.

I've seen an item in store that I would like to order from the website?

We stock most of the Taskers range on our website, with the addition of a few exclusive online only deals that can’t be found in store. However some items are not suitable for home delivery and we will not offer for sale on our website.

Klarna is unique and offers Pay later based on a number of factors such as the order value, previous order history and item availability. If you are 18 or over, you can improve your chances of being offered Pay later by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address.
