Now that it's finally assembled and up and running, the barbecue itself seems decent enough and cooks well. Unfortunately, the assembly process was one of the worst I've ever experienced. Please don’t buy it …
The instructions are extremely poor and unclear. Putting this barbecue together felt like it required an engineering degree rather than basic DIY skills. There are gas pipes, ignition cables, burners, and multiple components that all need connecting, yet the guidance provided is confusing and lacks sufficient detail. I am still unsure if it’s safe!!!!
I'm generally very confident when it comes to assembling furniture, equipment, and DIY products, but this tested my patience. Even after completing the build, I'm still not entirely convinced everything is fitted correctly. The gas connections in particular are concerning enough that I'm considering having a Gas Safe engineer check it before regular use.
Taskers really needs to improve the assembly instructions and simplify the design. The finished product is acceptable, but the build process was frustrating, time-consuming, and far more complicated than it needed to be.
Overall: a reasonable barbecue once assembled, but be prepared for a very challenging setup. I would not buy again if I had the chance,
I had horrible wallpapered bedroom ceiling and came up with the idea that these panels would cover it great and without the hard work of stripping the wallpaper off, it looks amazing and so easy to work with it makes my bedroom look like a boutique hotel room I love it
