Pre-Christmas Delivery

For pre-Christmas delivery orders must be placed before the following dates:

National Delivery - Tuesday 21st December 2022*

Local Delivery - Monday 19th December 2022*

Platinum Delivery - Tuesday 6th December 2022*

*Subject to stock availability. Whilst we cannot guarantee these dates, we will do our utmost to ensure delivery will take place before Christmas when ordering items with these delivery options.

I am ordering a large Furniture item, how will this be delivered and how much will it cost?

All of our large Furniture items are delivered on a Platinum 2-man delivery service. These orders usually take between 2 and 4 weeks to be delivered nationwide. For in stock and local items, delivery may be quicker.

Our Large Furniture items cannot be delivered to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland. The Platinum 2-man delivery service costs £30-£50 and includes delivery to the room of your choice. 

 Please Note: As a delivery date will be booked in with you, if there is nobody to take receipt of the delivery there will be a cost to you for a re-delivery to be made.

The product I want to purchase says it is only delivered locally to our stores. What does this mean, how long will it take and how much will it cost?

Not all of our items are suitable for courier delivery, due to their delicate/fragile nature. National couriers will not insure items marked as local delivery. However we offer a local delivery service to select postcodes found at the top of this page. These items are usually delivered within 2-5 days of the order being placed and costs £6.99.

When do I need to report delivery damage/items that arrive damaged?

Any delivery damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

*Local delivery is available across Merseyside and Manchester to all postcodes starting with L, CH, WA, WN, PR, M, SK1, SK2, SK3, SK4, SK5, SK7, SK8, SK9, BL3, BL4, BL5, CW4, CW6, CW7, CW8, CW9, CW10, PR & M.
