Delivery horrendous

Products are good but the delivery service is so bad. Ordered and paid for items and was assured they would be delivered in 2-7 days. I contacted Taskers customer services after 7 days and received a curt response that it was going to be another week. No explanation, no reason as to why waiting another week for delivery. Truthfully snail mail would be faster delivery than Taskers, and I would not order again.
