What can we say about Taskers only that we or family or friends will not ever shop there again after our purchase of icaro dining suite we found it to have small markings on bottom and spoke to lindsay who advised us as we took time off work for the delivery which turned up nearly w hoirs late ,then unwrapped it and brougt it our kitchen after i noticed it was the wrong dining suite had been deliverd we then told it would be another day which left us qith a table at the end of the week we were told we have to pay a sum of 299.00 to taskers for a an uplift and an extra 300 pound ,i question this but spoke to manager who told us it is the policy ,we qork very hard and felt very upset as 300 pound is my wage from being a careworker im shocked and I am saddened by Taskers and will never been so upset

Our records show that the issue reported was that the table was unlevel with your floor. Upon speaking with your husband, it was confirmed that the issue was with your floor and you needed a different style table with 4 separate legs. As the table was unwrapped, we were not obligated to accept a return, but we did so with a cancellation charge of 50%. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we reduced this charge to 25%, as there was no fault with the product itself. Please note that we are not legally obliged to accept a return for a non-faulty product. beautiful chairs problem with one of the chairs marks on it been intouch with taskers regarding this problem been told its a pressure mark to wait 4to 6 weeks we will wait an see thats why i have only given 3stars
