Care Instructions

General

To reduce wrinkles and curling after packing, reverse roll your rug pile side facing outwards and leave it in a warm room for 24
hours before putting it in place
Loose threads are part of the production process of machine and hand-finished rugs. Cut any loose threads carefully with scissors to remove them. Never pull loose yarn.
Turn your rug regularly to ensure even wear and reduce furniture pressure marks.
Before using any cleaning products on your rug, test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not affect the colour.
Never leave children unsupervised on this rug.
Keep the rug away from any prolonged exposure to a fire or window which may magnify the sun.

Spillages

Blott any accidental stains with a clean dry white cloth - never rub a stain as this may spread the discoloured fibres.

Vacuuming

We recommend the use of a suction-type vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or changing your roller setting to the highest setting to reduce contact with the pile.
Draw the vacuum across the rug in the direction of the pile to avoid causing damage.
