our team will never ask you to show your face if you choose not to. the nature of this service is to help you see our products and so it is not important for you to show your identity if it makes you feel in any way uncomfortable.

Who will the call be with?

Your video call will be with a member of our store-based team who has knowledge and experience in the product department you are enquiring about. They will be able to answer your questions, talk you through the product, and provide any extra information you may need.

Can I arrange my own call slot?

Yes. You can choose a suitable call slot using the booking form on this page. Available appointment times will be shown during the booking process.

Are calls recorded?

No. Video calls are not recorded.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you find another suitable time.

Are appointments available outside of store opening hours?

No. Video call appointments are only available during our store opening hours, which are 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday, and 10:30am to 4:30pm Sundays.

What happens next after I book?

Once you have booked your appointment, we will confirm the details of your video call. At your scheduled time, a store-based team member with expertise in the relevant department will speak with you and provide more information about the product you are interested in.
