Delivery & Collection Information

Collect instore

On completing your order, you can choose to have it delivered or collect from either of our Aintree store. If you would like to collect from one of our Aintree store, please be advised that your order will be ready for collection the next working day from you placing the order. To collect your order all you need to do is bring in a copy of your invoice and photographic ID and your order will be given to you.  

Please note: Any orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday cannot be collected from the store until the Monday afternoon, once your order has been processed.

UK standard delivery

We deliver the majority of our orders within 2 working days for £6.95 (exceptions & extra charges may apply).

  • Deliveries to UK addresses are made Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 9.00pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.

Order tracking

We all like to know where our parcel is and when it will be delivered. The couriers we use have websites that allow you to track where your order is.

UK two man delivery

We deliver the larger/heavier items on a premium two man delivery charged at £50. Your goods take between 3 - 5 working days to be delivered to yourselves. This premium service offers:

  • Text/Email service with am/pm time slot the day of delivery.
  • Order delivered to room of choice.

Departments this service is available on are:

Patio sets, Garden furniture, BBQ's, Awnings, Gazebo's, Bedroom furniture, Dining room furniture, Sofa's & Chairs, Mirrors, Tiles & Flooring.

We will try our up most to deliver your goods within the time scale of 3 working days, however this may not always be possible with stock availability. Therefore if there is a problem with your order in anyway we will contact you by either phone or email and let you know the problem and what we will do to rectify the situation.
